We believe an active pregnancy increases the likelihood of a positive birth experience. We support women to remain physically active advising them how to tailor exercise to best prepare for the birth of their baby. Every woman is taught how to check in with her body and mind to make good decisions on what their growing body is capable of
During our coaching sessions we cover all aspects of our hypnobirthing course so each woman is both mentally and physically prepared. They leave us feeling fully prepared with the confidence to take control of their birth experience.

Our coaching course is typically 6 sessions of 90 minutes brought to your home or at our venue. Women at any stage of their pregnancy journey are welcome, as well as those hoping to conceive soon.

Each package is bespoke to each woman, however every sessions includes coached exercises and hypnobirthing practice. Below is a guide:
